I am new HELP ME!! (please)


I was wondering if someone out there can help me.

Me and my partner are starting this diet on Friday as we are getting married in December and both want to look fantastic ( as you can understand).

But I have a couple of questions about it all.
We have a 21st Birthday party next week and we would like to have a drink to say congrats to her, but what can we drink that wont set us back.

Also what have you found are the best meals. As we both work in London and don't get home until 7.30. So we can't spend ages cooking.

I have loved everything that you have put to one another. You are all so positive and it is really nice to know that you are so supportive.

I am not as experienced as most of the other ladies as this is only my second week on Cs, but I'm loving it!

As its so late when you get home you don't want to be waiting to long to eat...salads are good, or a stir fry with loads of veg and a side salad...I will try and think of some more and get back to you.

Hi Katiejames i no longer do CS but did it for 5 weeks!
Im guessing your party will be a fri or sat which is pretty useful seen as tho you can have a drink n have the rest of the week to get it off! If you like wine id probably say try an stick to that or spirits with a diet mixer.
As for the getting in late i get in at times after 9 from going to the gym so sometimes what i do is have salads or sometimes id prepare my veg the night before so i could just heat it up in the microwave an all id have to cook would be my meat!
