Got my aunts 40th birthday party tomorrow night so went shopping to get a new top to wear!
I tried on a few and have ended up getting a gorg red one! ITS IN A SMALLER SIZE !!!!! Wooohoooo
I am normally a size 26-28 and now i am a 22-24!!! Slimming world is def helping me aswell as my get-fab-abs. Doing this every day for 10mins!!! Love it ... its a vibrating plate that you stand on x

it sure is. It seems to be coming off my stomach and bum but no where else lol, want it off my spare tyre hehehe!!!
