Feeling really disappointed in myself tonight. i have had a successful 2 weeks and lost 10lbs. My friend came round this evening and I put out biscuits for her. i was determined not to be tempted and resisted for an hour but alas......... I then ate 3!! I just couldn't resist so now I guess I am back to square one?
i do want to carry on so it's back to the start again as I expect 3 biscuits will put me out of ketosis and I have to get started again?
