saw my cdc today and she thinks i need to move up a plan because of no weightloss and getting close to target which she thinks i need to higher. i did loss 3 inchs of my waist this week which i'm very happy about so i'm moving up to 810 today yay.
got to read what i can have and look for meal ideas.

oww it gets better i can have lemon juice to. i like the sound of 810. think i'm gonna make lemon chicken tonight followed by no flour pancake. heaven

Woo! I'm so jealous that you've moved onto a higher plan! Fingers crossed it's what you need to help you start losing again! I'll be joining you in 2 weeks as I need to start getting used to food before I on away on holiday! Pickled onions and lemon do sound lush! Funny how much more you appreciate the taste of other food when you've not had them in a while! Let us now if you find any delicious 810 recipes or combos! x

on sw i used make quite a few things i can now make like crustless quiche,syn free pancakes,chicken kebab meat, merringes.
so i'm happy gonna pop over to sw see if i can find anymore
