So far today i have not been able to stop eating this is taken from my diary
Food for today - ee
Breakfast - nectarine, banana and a fat free activia yogurt(i believe these are still free)
lunch - asda fresh tastes chicken in tomato and basil, wholewheat pasta, side salad with spinach cucumber and tomatoes
Slice of roulade (0.5)
Dinner - sliced chicken (0.5) and salad wholemeal roll (Heb) light mayo (2) packet of pombears (4.5)
I also had a tesco light choices chinese style chicken soup in a mug (Free I believe but will go with 2 Syns just in case as it was 43 Kcals)
After Dinner - 2 Satsumas and Nectarine
Hea - skimmed milk
Total sins 9.5
The problem is im now thinking what to eat now i dont know if im hungry or just bored, I thought maybe If i wrote it down it might stop me from going back into the kitchen but so far its not helping!!!!! :17729:
