I cheated

So gutted ..
i went out all weekend to my BFs and after walking 5 miles yesterday got back and couldn't find a shake i know i put enough in my bag but it vanished
i know i didn't want food as in a whole meal ..
so i looked for an alternitive i found a slim a soup chicken 96 cals and 10g carbs it was lovely but has it broken my good work
i still have 5 days befor WI will i be ok

I've heard of people 'slipping' and it having no impact...and vice versa so I guess all you can do is wait and see.

I know when my Mum did is (very successfully!) she occasionally ate- maybe a small amount of Sunday dinner or whatever and she still lost loads so I'd just wait and see what your WI brings and don't stress about it.

Don't be too hard on yourself tho- the effect is going to be minimal- it's not like you reached for a kebab and chips!!

Just keep up the good work and don't get discouraged

hopefully all will be ok, you may be knocked out of ketosis for a while but stick with your shakes etc and get back on it again. Your weigh in will be fine once you stick to it 100% for the next 5 days. I have sometimes forgotten my shake or flapjack and just suffered so I know how hard it can be, but that was because I knew I would have one at home later, different when you are not going home.
You did well to choose very low cal, so all in all it wasn't a big breakout just an alternative solution.

Awww -at least you found what was an alternative. YOu wont have had your nutrients, and are probably still in ketosis, but only WI day will show if you've built up glycogen(is that right? must watch dvd again) stores.

The good thing is you didn't eat eat i.e. CHEW! So you wont have awakened that particular beast.

So no more losing shakes because you don't want to feel this panicky again!!
