Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes and the support over 'Ryvitagate'!! I had an OK day - well as Ok as it can be working all day and hubby being home late He bought me new trainers and sports clothes so I can look the part out on my bike at least I'll look the part!!

Pleased to report another 3lbs loss tonight taking me to 22lbs total in 4 weeks, can't believe over 1.5 stone gone in that time, bring on the next 10 weeks!!

BTW Cherry Plum - critical mother gave me money for my birthday towards new clothes in smaller sizes (much appreciated) but then added " don't but them for a while coz you may pile it all back on" ............ my reply was unrepeatable!!

Nice pressies off your hubby ..... and I can only imagine what you said to your mum = I know what I'd have said to mine

You buy your smaller clothes ... the only problem is they won't fit you for long as you'll soon be too small for them
