4st Lost Forever...


After stopping & starting CD (Which I wish I didnt)
I have finally got to where I wanted to be...

Start Weight 15st 7
Target 11st 7

Dress size before 18/20
Size Now 12/14

Think I might stop at 10st 7 though!!
