I'm amazed that its gone 9 o'clock & I've just had my 3rd foodpack !!!!
Now I know its working if I'm not hungry - woohoo :D

(I'm also feeling just a smidgy bit pleased with myself as me & my daughter have been over to some friends for the afternoon. She made a roast dinner & I was able to sit at the table with them, drinking my peppermint tea and not really feeling bothered :bliss:)

Here's hoping for a good day tomorrow

Well done you! I struggled yesterday; DH cooked roast beef and the carnivore in me felt very deprived!

Nice one yo yo, that's a great start. My husband cooked lamb shanks yesterday and I have to admit that even though I wasn't hungry my mouth watered!

Well done yoyo!

I have thrown myself in at the deep end and been cooking meals for my OH, just to see how I will cope. I'm on day 6 now, and I have resisted all food, and even been to the supermarket picking up things to cook etc.

The first 2 or 3 days were hard, but I'm hoping it wil get easier now!

Thanks everyone for your replies .... its funny though how each day is different. I could've chewed my leg off by 5 today and I'd had 2 packs :confused:
Anyway, today is my "unofficial" 7th day so I'll soon be crossing Goal 2 off as complete - yay!

Roll on Goal 3 !!
