Week 1 weigh in and I'm down...


12lbs!!!! Actually can't believe it!

Things that have made this more liveable-coke zero, skimmed milk in my morning tea, 4/7 days I had a lovely chicken and cottage cheese salad-yum!

Heading into week 2-my goal is to get to Easter-do 5 weeks 100% to hopefully take the edge off my weight loss! I've then set myself a mission-I'm gonna switch to slimming world which I lie and know work and each month have to achieve a certain weight loss-if I don't achieve it ill be back here!

Gonna be quite tough on myself-so if I faff ill be back on slim and save!

Anyway...here's to the next month!

5lbs this week so that's 1 stone 3lbs in 2 weeks!


Had a bit of a mad one and just ate a kit Kat chunky having picked at stuff all day...need to get back on it 100% to ensure a good loss this week!

Am now 17.9 and have 3 weeks left of my 5 week challenge..I'd like to get into the 16's!!!

Gonna be difficult but I need to keep my eyes on the prize!
