I have done bad

:( I have female urges that only occur once a month...the cravings are returning. There is no other way to say this but oh ****!!!

I have also had two thornton strawberry cremes...how guilty I feel!!

Can anyone suggest anything to relieve this monthly agony?

I'm in the same situation! I've just made some dukan cheesecake (using the recipe from recipe threads on here) Which was ok, hasn't quite satisfied me though! I had a mouthful of chocolate cake earlier, chewed it then spat it out - which almost killed me lol.

i went thru a few packets of wrigley's extra to satisy the TOTM craving. It's never gonna replace the chocolate induced endorphins you get but at around 150 cals for 5 whole packets (which i do NOT normally condone, but at TOTM, needs must) they're a damned sight less calorific than a king-sized mars bar, which is what i would have had if not on Dukan and justified it completely!

Last month I survived eating atkins bars (2g carb a pack).. It is not OK to have as it has more fat than suggested on dukan, but I really really needed it:eek:

I make Dukan trifle - oatbran, SF jelly, slightly sweetened FF yogurt on top! It helps.
