i have just binged

    i have just binged to high haven im off to read all the inspirational stories and kick my self up the bum!! and get back on the wagon tmrw and back into the 100% club. Im a complete reward eater, i was working out tonight i have lost 4st in total since being at my heaviest last year and i must have thought i deserved food as a treat :(:cry::sigh:
    anyway im off to bed x

    I have had a big tin of salmon, a bowl of alpen and about 10 quality street and I'm only on day 11. Well done you on your loss, I am sure you will be back on track tomorrow

    we all have off days, just put it behind u and carry on tomorrow as usual. You have done really well losing 4st.

    Well done on the loss,as for the binge I have done that a few times once I start I cant stop,the important thing is to get straight back on and not dwell on it.I write about 8 weeks in advance in my diary what I will weigh each week if i lose 3lbs per week and carry a load of fat photos in my handbag,when I feel the urge I look at both of those and it keeps me going.

    Alpen and quality street I can understand.....but.....salmon??Blimey did you eat it on its own:eat: :jelous: ooh hasnt the credit crunch affected you:8855:we can only afford tuna in this house you must be very posh!!:D

    Yes, I am very posh (NOT!!!) - haha. I love salmon, tinned and fresh - could live on it, but the funny thing is I cannot abide tuna. When I had a cat I couldn't even open the tin for her, I can't bear the smell or even to touch it - weird aren't I. Yes, I put the whole tin in the bowl and ate it, bones, skin - the lot - yuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmm

    OMG YUK salmon is discusting lol, ( made me want to retch when you said you ate the bones and skin!!!! lmao!!)
    ive had a few bad days too and have gained 4lb, so we all do it, just get back straight on SS and you will be ok!

    eew!!See I knew you were posh,I think it stems back to our childhoods,I was always given tuna and told it was salmon and never knew any different,where as you obviously were brought up properly knowing what was good food and what was the cheap tesco value alternative tuna that I was given:8855:(hope my mum never reads this) anyway glad you enjoyed it,I can just imagine you crunching away on your bones feeling really naughty!!:D

    aw thanks guys im back on the straight and narrow now :D i could have picked a wee bit there but i had a bar and a cuppy instead!! good luck all... and im so in agreement with the salmon BOAKKKKK xxxx:eek:

    its easy done. I went out last night, and planned to drink so I had some chicken and chips before I went. I drank a couple of bottles of wine, and then bought a SUBWAY on the way home. i was on day 4 of SS and not in ketosis yet so I thought it wouldnt matter ( we can trick our brains into believing anything) Woke up at midday with massive hangover and feel like a real loser but I will carry on. I t seems at teh moment I just dont want to be thin enough to deny myself. Still I start work on Monday after 3 months of unemployment so that should help get into a routine.

    ive got that beck diet book all about CBT so im reading that and trying to sort out why i binge etc so fingers crossed x

    :8855::8855::8855::8855: OMG I am laughing soooo much. If you could lose weight laughing I'd be six stone :8855::8855::8855:. I love Salmon and the skin and bones are the best bits. You are right though, we did have salmon when I was a child but the reason I like the skin and bones is because that's all that was left for me - my parents ate the meat :)8855:am I glad my mam doesn't read this).

    :8855:Haha!!I learnt from my parents you dont share a chinese with your kids you wait til theyve gone to bed and order one, you have to suck the prawn crackers so they dont hear you crunching,and if they do come down they can have a chip and a prawn ball you dont want cos youre too stuffed,and that is their special treat!!

    Losing 4 stone is fantastic! Maybe do your workouts and reward yourself with a pack or bar instead that might help....
