I Love Me .....

    ....Well I have to start somewhere ... Ive tried the I hate me approach and it just ends up with me starving myself to the tune of a certain image of who I want to be.... She does not exist.... I do!

    I admire slimming world because it never leaves me hungry! It encourages me to cook from scratch and really makes me feel like Im making good choices rather than "skinny" choices!

    I have found a plan I can follow. Even though im not happy with my shape I no longer let it define me but rather let it define my choices one step at a time one day at a time!

    My weigh in is on a Monday and I have lost 4 lb so far

    I am currently 13 st and would like to be 9st!

    More realistically I want to lose at least 2 lb a week!

    As of tommorrow im going to write down everything I eat!

    for EE to work better you need to have 1/3 superfree which you don't appear to be, also rather than sugar why don't you have sweetener? this would cut you syns slightly, you don't look to be eating very much either, aren't you starving?!

    I usually do have my 1/3 just so unprepared this week ... I was yesterday hence the silly snacks ... Not too hungry today though ... Very shameful two days

    Not sure why I have ate so little here! Im putting it down to stress as I was studying all day then took my cat Lola to the emergency... I was starving when I got out so gave in to a grilled chicken Tikka Kebab M ( my sons dad and a very close friend) treated me too ( it could have been worse) and have not had an appeptite since! Its been a very strange day ... Especislly because Im annoyed with myself for not eating ENOUGH lol 99% of tne time its very much the other way round!

    This week my aim is to be 100% and to include the super speed (SS) foods:

    Ive listed the realistic ones that I can easily include in my meals or snacks


    Blackberries
    Cranberries
    Grapefruit
    Lemons
    Limes
    Raspberries
    Strawberries

    Baked beans
    Garden peas
    Mushy peas

    Cod
    Haddock
    Monkfish
    Plaice

    These are said to help speed up weightloss with food optimising when doing the plan 100%

    Hiya! Thanks for your support in my food diary. Good luck with your own! I am such a huge bread/panini fiend but if there's a tip I can give you - melba toast has save me! I used to eat rounds and rounds of bread, panini's for lunch every day but have since given them all up and sometimes nibble on melba toast when the craving gets too much! The syn content is minimal in comparison to paninis and ciabattas! :)
