Struggling with my syns so I have changed my allowance to 15 a day rather than 10. Otherwise I'll get discouraged and stop counting. i have a meal to go to at TGI's so I'm going to try and save as many as I can from now...

its going to be a good week :)

Its just this week so I can catch up I know we can have between 5 and 15 a day! If I go over im not going to beat myself up its just I put 4lb on last week so I need to sacrafice somewhere this week ...
