Sorry I took so long to reply, Success Express is where you up your super free food to two thirds of your meal and reduce free food to one third, you also take the highest syn value for syned items (eg if its 6 on green 2on red and ee then you count it as 6. A week doing it is an amazing kickstart xx Looks like you're doing good though

OK so I slipped a bit on recording my food over the weekend I was exhausted and lifeless! I'm not ging to back track because whatever I did was spot on I LOST 5LB so here goes another successful week.....
