Verdict:
4pm: My lunch was absolutely gorgeous and only 2 syns :). I have flown through my day so far ! I started craving sweets about a minute ago so had some more strawberries! Very satisfied with my food plan today so far! I'm going for a run tonight with Marvin at around 6pm so will need to have a boost before then. Im going to have a cereal bar not had my HEX B yet!

10pm: Had a lovely stew at Carols but it came with dumplings :)! I WAS celebrating so as long as I have a syn free day this week I will pull it back.

Verdict:
11am: The 2 syns per coffee are really adding up. I don't like sweetner but I have ordered the half spoon from Asda so at least it will now be 1 syn per coffee :)

5pm: Only had one coffee instead of 2 to save on syns. If I think of it as my budget it actually works :)

10pm: Made the most beautiful pasta bake ... my own recipe. It was so nice I had three portions :O. I had apitta bread even though I'd already had my HEXB. I think its because I didn't have anything prepared to snack on while I cooked so I got toooo hungry ... I need to be more prepared for when I get straight in from work on the days I need to cook a meal.

I'm a PA to a CEO so my im used to being stupidly organised....

On my way home from the Trafford center last night at 9:30pm I decided to have a Mc Donalds:

54 syns that kept me awake feeling worried till 1am. Id just been shopping and seen my body in the mirror and felt so down. So I decided to mess up this weeks weightloss by stuffing my face. I blame the patheric excuse of dinner I had before going rto the trafford centre, not been planning this week and the cracks are showing.

Ive decided I'm going to carry on with the plan for this week and draw a line under this. I'm not going to let it spoil my week. If I let it get to me I will stop having any self control for the rest of the week and stop pushing myself when exercising.

To maintain my weight this week is not the worst thing in the world if I still have motivation and will power for the rest of the week...even if I did slip up.

I wanted to write it all here and get it out in the open so I'm doing any secret eating ....

I know I shouldn't be weighing myself but stood on the scales this morning to a 6lb gain....

I'm just going to keep going have 5 full days until weigh in

I hope it doesn't show up as a gain! Any ideas for a 5 day FIX?
