I love this diet !!!!!

    2 weeks now on TS and I've lost 12.5 lbs
    Love the shakes and soups and the bars are great when yu're on the go
    Treating myself with a trip to see Take That in Sunderland on Friday
    Have already sorted out a bar in the stadium and a soup when I get there so that I don't break the diet
    Even my holiday fits round add-a-meal week
    Just a quick question about the soup - if I take a flask of 250ml boiling water, add the powder and shake it, will it mix as well as with a blender and be drinkable ???
    If not it may be a 2 bar day or at a last push a chicken salad in macdonalds minus the sauce and tomotoes
    So pleased with how things are going and I can really tell - on target to lose 2 stone before my hols - Woop!!!

    Hi Andrea! Congrats on the brill loss so far! As far as I'm aware you can only have ONE bar a day. I would be tempted to just have a two shake and one bar day. I go to see TT on the 3rd June and will be having a shake and bar day rather than trying to fit my soup in. Much easier to take a shake and a bottle of water than hot water etc.

    Hope you have a great time! I can't wait until next Friday!!!

    I am off to see TT on the 30th May....yahooo!!! If I was you instead of the soup I would take a cold shake and when you are ready add the packet into a bottle of water and shake. This saves faffing on with flasks, shakers etc. :D

    I'm stupid - why didn't I think if that - the shake will be so easy :) that's if I can rip the packet open
    I'm so excited - about the weight loss and Friday
    Wish me luck - tickets not here yet from Seatwave as my office address doesn't exist on the UPS database - pauses as a UPS truck pulls into the car park lmao x
