I am hungover. :cry: I have already probably gone way over my weeklies with red wine :sigh:

I am also STARVING! I've had my 2 slices toast with philly, cup of tea and a bag of french fries for 6pp.

What can I have to ease the hunger pangs? I really wish I liked soup.

can you have a jacket potato or some pasta so it will fill you up and stop those dangerous pangs?

I know, I'm totally off the wine now for the rest of the week!! I went for a nap, which had quelled the hunger pangs for now! Having a subway this afternoon with some weeklies then a salad for dinner!! Should sort the hangover! X

Good on you. If I have a major drink then my huge problem is the morning after munchies on top of the night before's wine guzzling all my points

i always make sure i have some tins of fruit in juice in the cupboard ! :)
drain off the juice and its a great free PP item that fills you up ... doesn't go out of date quickly and is part of your 5 a day. also can be used as or with something as a meal (i usually have it for breakfast if i know i have a high pp day coming up ... like today, or you can have a counted breakfast and fruit as an extra ! ) but also a good snack anytime of the day. :)
