I shall run 100 miles!!

I am suffering so so much!!! Stairs are my biggest nightmare at the moment!!
Trainers are doing great Fairy. Think I have been very lucky.
I attempted a short run today, but only lasted 5 mins!! Going to rest now until the w/e :)

Clavicles I always seem to struggle with time - seem to be stuck at the 10 min a mile forever. Some nights I even leave my watch behind as I cant be bothered timing the run. Tried some speed training but I nearly collapsed one night, took me 2 days to recover. I figure i would just need to take it easier as the body is not what it used to be :)

Fairymary - 10m/m is great for someone who isn't long running, I was at that pace for a long while. As soon as I started upping the distance, I found my pace over the shorter runs improved loads. Have you any runs coming up? I'm joining a running group tomorrow eve *gulp* and they have regular timed runs, so that should put me in my place!! LOL
Have you any of the Ray D'Arcy 5k runs near you? I'm doing the Kilkenny one. Then have a few 10ks and a half Marathon later in the year. I chickened out of the one at the beginning of April. :eek:

Picked up a chest infection and on antibiotics at the moment so no running for a few days. It's funny how you get into a routine with running, I am really missing it. Figure best recover completely before going back out again. (I also have my 40th birthday next weekend and I want to be 100% well for that!!!)
