Thank you all for your replies - I laughed my way through them. The trip wasn't too bad (wind there but nowhere near as bad as last night), but I did let one off (silently) at the school gates, and heard two mums near me discussing shortly after how the smell was caused by the drains overflowing because of the rain...honestly, there really hasn't been that much rain, but I'm glad they didn't know it was me!

I will say again do try 1 tblsp of cider vinegar in a cup of water every morning it really really helps.

In 5 weeks I have only had a couple of thundery episodes after years of being mrs thunderpants !!
