    Had more water than Ive been drinking!!

    No snacks!!

    Just had ;-

    Breakfast = Porridge (154) and Honey (49) and coffee (13) --- Do sweeteners have calories?

    Teabreak - Cereal bar (80) and tea (13)

    Lunch - Ham (30) sandwich with extra light mayo (19) and wholemeal bread (164) and a rowntrees Jelly (80)


    Dinner - Chicken grilled with chinese five spice (191) green beans (23) broccoli (20) baked potato (245) Onions (25) little bit of tuna (45) and extra light mayo (19)

    Total calories 1170


    This is all an estimate on the calories cause I didnt weigh everything

    My portion sizes are definatly a hell of alot bigger at dinner time! have restretched my stomach I think but also have lost that feeling of stopping when full, filling up on veg and stuff!

    Was greedy tonight have a bit of tuna on my baked potato but wanted the taste and dont have any cheese triangles (which you all know I love haha)

    Thank you both! I really felt like I was letting everyone down on here aswell and need to get my ass back into shape!

    I feel so gross and fat after the bad days!

    Dreading weighing myself at chrisses house (the scales ive been following since the chemist booted me out haha)

    I wish I could send you a few wee triangles lol.

    I had some really great digital salter scales in Argos for under £10 if you needed scales.

    Remember Chels, you're not letting anyone down. They always say that maintaining weight loss is the hardest part of dieting and at the moment you are working your way through it. Please never think that you are letting us down, you are an inspiration to a lot of us on here but you never have any pressure from us to do anything.     I bought the same calorie book as Kered! but I think some of it is wrong because it told me instant porridge has 671 calories lol!

    Chelcie, thats probably for 100g. You wouldnt eat 100g of porridge at one time, more like 30g

    Yeah, 180g!!!
    I have 30g of porridge in the morning made with skimmed milk and water and its 140 calories, when I have 45g its 210 calories.
    You are talking about 180g of porridge here, thats a massive amount lol, its 6 times the 30g portion.

    Tanya, the book I have is 'The calorie counter' by Dr Wynnie Chan - its excellent and came recommended by my Pharmacist, its like my little bible now. I love it.

    No Chel, the porridge weight is dry. I weigh 30g of dry porridge, then add 100mls of skimmed milk, and 100mls of water and boil. That is 140 calories.

    If I weigh 45g of porridge, I add 150ml of skimmed milk and 150ml of water, that is 210 cals chick.
