Ok I joined Weight Watchers on Monday as I would like to lose altogether 4 stone but hopefully over the next 12 weeks at least 1 stone and a half as I will be getting married on May 7 and would like to feel nice in my dress!
I've started this diary from Tuesday which was my first day of the plan.... Weekly personal points allowance is 29.
TUESDAY

100 grams king prawns 3
150 grams spaghetti 4
garlic, peppers, spring onions, mushrooms 0

Mushroom & 2 egg omlette 4
