Today's food as follows;

B - 2 x toast (HE) 2 x eggs (1 syn) Apple, Banana. Cup of tea (1 syn)
L - Salad, prawns, seafood sticks, mayo (2 syns)
D - Flat mushroom pizza, Salad & SW chips

Snacks - Space raiders (3 syns)

I just had a sneaky look on the scales i it says i have gained 4 lbs!!!! I know i will be heavier weighing myself at the end of the night, i guess i will just have to hope for a miracle tomorrow morning :cry:
