Started last night and as i am breastfeeding i get an extra 4 healthy extras whoop whoop!

Here we go.

breakfast = (a) 350ml skimmed milk (b) 28g porridge oats.
Lunch - Jacket potatoe, butter x2 tsp 1½ Syns, beans and (a) Cheese. x2
Snacks - home made soup with lots of superfree food.
Dinner - Homemade curry with mango chutney 4 syns, (b) chicken, sw chips, rice and naan 4 syns.

Green day

breakfast = (a) 350ml skimmed milk (b) (b) 56g porridge oats.
Lunch - Home made pasta sauce (tinned tomatoes, peppers, tobasco sauce, worcestor sauce and mushrooms all blended together) pasta.
Snacks - home made soup with lots of superfree food.
Dinner - x2 fajitas 14 syns. 28g cheese x2 (aa) home made wedges.

Total syns - 14

Extra easy

breakfast = (a) 350ml skimmed milk (b) (b) 56g porridge oats. Honey - 2.5syns, 14g sultanas 2syns.
Lunch - Pasta sauce (homemade) and pasta sauce with 28g x2 cheese. (AA)
Dinner - Chicken kiev off website - 2.5 syns syns. SW chips Beans
Desert - Slimming world trifle. 3.
Snack home made soup

Total syns - 9.5

Your pics are so lovely :) thanks for putting them up for all to see.

Just reading through your diary Im a little confused as to why your having more than 2a's choices? Maybe there is a reason for this and your consultant has advised you to do this but you are only usually allowed 2a choices and 2 b choices and red or green days. If you allow yourself more you need to add 6 syns to your syn totals for each extra portion.

Hiya i am a breastfeeding mummy.
you get 4 a's and b's extra on top of your allowed ones cos we need more calcium as breastfeeding takes up to 500 calories per day.

Dinner - Pizza - base (14syns) passata, cheese x3a's, sweetcorn, tuna, mushrooms.
Desert - Muller light with berries.

Well today i am being taken out by my hubby as today it was a year ago i found out i was pregnant with the most amazing gift I have been given. This time last year i never knew what love was! Now Mikey has been born Love means something very different! :)

breakfast = (a) 350ml skimmed milk (b) x2 weetabix
Lunch - Nandos mmmmmmmmmmmmmm going for the chicken in pitta (3.5syns?) Rice (4 syns) Sauces (3?)
Snacks - Fruit
Dinner - KFC chicken the slimming world way with brown bread breadcrumbs (b) and sw chips. Ketchup (2)

Total syns - 12 roughly
total a- 1
total b - 2

Hi,
Well done - you're doing really well!

Like your mini targets - I had to have my wedding ring re-sized last year as it didn't fit, couldn't wear it for over a year then decided enough was enough! Still can't fit into my engagement ring though - am debating between having that resized or hanging on until I lose the weight...

Lunch - Left over mushy pea curry with rice and sw chips

Snacks - sw syn free quiche

Dinner - Prawns, x2 table spoons thousand island sauce (6 syns) Jacket and butter (2) salad.

lost 5 and a half pounds whoop whoop!!!!!!!

Bfast - SW chips, bacon, beans, egg. Superfree - banana and apple.

Lunch - going to my friends for lunch, shes doing a cucumber and tuna sarnie but not sure of the bread so will sort this later.

Snacks - sw syn free quiche

Dinner - Lamb donor kebab with superfree salad and sw chips. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Lunch - Pasta and home made sauce. With x2 (aa) cheese
Dinner - Diet coke chicken and chips.
Desert - frozen muller light.
