Went to my first class last night, got my starting weight. I'm changing over from Sw. Have done RC before years ago so hoping to get the same result I did then! It was my first day today:

Breakfast - porridge with half of milk allowance
Snack- apple
Lunch - 200g sweet jacket potato, 100g baked beans, salad
Snack - 2 satsumas
Dinner- 2 fish cakes small amount pasta and salad
Yogurt for after dinner to use up milk allowance

Cals 1200. Exercise brisk walk 15 minutes.
Fluid - 2 litres plus can of diet coke

Good luck. First 2 weeks are hard but well worth it for the losses :)

Thinking of giving it a go again myself but no classes near me.

First week weigh in = 6lbs lost!!!!!! Over the moon!! Gives a great incentive to keep going!

Ok need to get my arse back in gear. Been on rc for 4 weeks, lost 8.5lb but past 2 weeks have been a write off so could have done loads better.
Starting fresh tomorrow clean slate.

Breakfast - Special K green portion pot, milk and strawberries
Snack- orange
Lunch - pasta salad
Snack - apple
Dinner - fish cakes cabbage and leeks

Exercise. - gym 45 minutes
