Last week I didn't bother posting because I was upset at another sts week. Think it's because of the lack of water so I've been drowning myself this week making sure I've been having at least 3l a day and I got a 4 lb loss putting me at 9 stone 13 (just!)
Pretty bloody happy about that x

Wow well done, I'd love a 4lber this week. I was 11,4 and 3 for about a month then last week lost 4lb which took me under the next stone, so I'm pleased I persevered like you! x
