    Hi, mind if i join you - Rosemary Conley forum looks a bit empty :eek:

    So, I'm pants at SW. Been doing it for for weeks. Stayed the same x 3 and this week put on 3. soo...................... back to calorie counting. Gonna try 1200 for a week. here goes.

    I bought some slim pasta from Holland and Barrett today. I've tried dukan noodles and they are nasty, will give these ones a go.

    6pm - i've had my dinner and i'm starviing! Am now fishing for food!

    On paper this looks like a lot of my food, in my tummy it feels like nothing. By the afternoon, I am bloated and in a lot of pain as i watch and feel my stomach get bigger :-(. grrr nothing is working so far this year!
