    Hi All, Stared Rosemary Conley on Thursday. I am calling my diary I HATE SOUP as in the past when i have been starving on WW of RC i am asked whether i like soup as i can make free soup - nope i cant i hate it, hate hate hate!!

    So from Thursday food diaries are as follows............

    First weigh in tonight and going to attempt both the exercise classes. Aerobics and Zumba. Walked into town today - 35 Minute power buggy walk.

    Weigh in: Lost 6 pounds. 14 stone 6 - havent been that in almost 4 years!
