    Had a play around with SW again since my wedding in September, cant stick to it, cant stick to anything! Gonna try RC AGAIN!

    I do not count vegetables calories.

    I will start 2 weeks at 1200, 2 weeks at 1000 (if i can), 2 weeks at 1200, 2 weeks at 1400. Will weigh in on THURSDAYS at home.

    This morning i weighed in at 15.2 after my chinese last night - not good.

    Starving and have a hungry headache today. Have swerved the biscuit tin 4 times, offering biscuits to dd. Phew!

    Hi, Just reading your food diaries and well done you are obviously being incredibly truthfull. We all have bad days but how many of us actually admit it!!!

    I was reading that you were going to do 2 wks 1200 cals, 2 weeks 1000 cals, 2 weeks 1200 cals, 2 weeks 1400 cals.
    My furst thought is that 1000 cals per day is incredibly low! Have you tried doing this before - would be interested to know how you got on.

    CLearing out back of freezer from my Dukan Days - loads turkey mince, so set to work cooking this morning. Cooked todays and tomorrows dinner. I do not count veggie calories.

    Hiya - Yup starting AGAIN. This is the diet i feel i can control more - it makes sense really dosent it - calorie counting. I have managed a full day - woo hoo! Even took my 3 kids to macdonalds and only had an espresso.

    Loadsa people round today and making from scratch pizzas and chips - willpower!!

    can see your getting on very well - congrats!
