hey guyz. i started LT about 2 wks ago and successfully got to day5 but then had a massive blow.... had a terrible attack of IBS. I did try stayin on LT for a day but symptoms got really bad and had to go to hospital for some scans...docs thought i might have gallstones or somethin but it turned out to be IBS. Ive had nearly about 10 days off and feel fine now and really wanna get back to LT, but am really scared to do so. I really have to loose weight and i was so focused when i started. Just been a really bad time i guess...gettin burgled, insurance carry ons and then gettin ill. :(

My friend has IBS and said the first weekend on LT was awful as she felt really ill. She started taking Fibreclear the Monday after and didn't have any problems after that. Maybe you should give the Fibreclear a go? You can get it from your pharmacy. That is, of course, if you're not already using it...

I had IBS when doing Lipotrim. I had some colpermin tabs prescribed by my doc, they really helped (and still do) take one about half to one hour before food (or in your case, your shake). They are not absorbed in the stomach, so won't affect weight loss. Hope this helps x x
