Extra Easy Days If I don't fill my plate up with 2/3 veg...

    Will I not see a good weight-loss? I do shift work and sometimes it's more often than not inconveniant for me to fill up my plate with veg, I have just enough time to blitz a low syn ready meal. I am worried i won't do so amazingly with my WI's if I don't do the 2/3rds veg rule.

    It's only 1/3 veggies hun on EE, and I sometimes don't have 1/3 superfree with my meal, but maybe have some fruit or something in between meals? I tend to have some melon as a starter if I'm having a meal lacking in veggies :) xxx

    I find having a huge fruit salad every morning and fruit and veg in the day works out for my 1/3 of my whole food intake a day, but im only on my 2nd week yet so hopefully it will work doing this. :)

    Can you have a small bowl of veg soup before your meal?

    My C said just leave a space on ur plate where the veg would have been if u cant get it in then ha e a piece of fruit for afters xx
