Well after completely blowing this diet out the water this weekend I'm back on it again today and am going to be so so strict on myself! I am determind to be in the 16s. X

The date with Nick the Nurse was actually really nice, just went to a local pub and had a really good chat - I didn't get home until 12.30 so I gets it's a sign of a good night. He wants to see me again on Wednesday and he seems keen, he even said he wants to meet my son eventually, he knows I'm super protective and that won't happen for a long time though.

All in all a good weekend had by all - and and I weighed myself this morning....wait for it.....only bloody 16st13!!!!!!!!!! I'm also in my brand new size 18 dress....3 dress sizes smaller now.

I am pretty happy for such a dark, wet and miserable Monday xxxx

Oh no Claire that's rubbish!!!! I'm bracing myself for my team's sickness to go up now the cold is setting in. I've booked myself on for the flu jab at work next week, I am rubbish when I'm poorly - worse than a bloke lol!!

Omg the fb convo has actually had me laughing out loud on the commute home. LOVE IT!!!! Don't worry about the language, you should hear me when i get started - how my son hasn't started repeating some of my potty mouth god only knows - i'm a school governor so I don't think school would be very impressed if he repeated what I say!!!

Ahhh I'm sorry Claire, I've been rubbish!!! Work has been really busy and I've been so tired when I get home, I just flake out on the sofa.

Well just back from WI and I've lost another 3lbs - meaning I've officially reached the 16s -yeahhhhhh!!!!!

Big drive to shift this next stone and get this saggy ass into the 15s. I am sooo determined to try and be 14 something by Christmas. I just want I be a normal size.

I have a second date with Nick the Nurse tomorrow night and went shopping for some new clothes. Bought myself a really cute top from H&M and a new pair of black jeans - I can't tell you how good it feels to be able to browse the rails in the normal part of the shop and not have to head for the fatty section, the hand is having to reach to the back of the rail but come Christmas really hoping I only have to seek out the size 14s...that would be an emotional moment I can tell you

WHOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done Christy! Thats amazing news. I am struggling this mweek big time. I have cheated every god dam day! I need to wise up. Its my bday on Sunday so i will be eating some food just no drink. I am going to try and be sensible. If i could lose more than 5 lbs for weigh in next tues that would take me to the 2 stone mark and into the 16s. Fingers crossed.

Just had a second date with Nick the Nurse and the doubt is setting in, he is such a good person and obviously likes me but he is sooooo old in his ways and I'm just not sure if he is for me - plus I know this sounds bad but I keep wishing he was Original Date Guy. Even though we are just friend's there is definately a spark there that I'm not getting at all with this one...I feel such a *****....think I need my brain rewiring!! I'm seeing Original Date Guy this week so think we need to have a chat and see if we can work out what's really going on xxxx
