My goals 9stone 7 too, I've got 21lb to go:( it's gonna be tough considering I've been roughly 11 stone 1 for 18 months now. Ill be fab at maintaining.

You'll do it hun. I can't remember last time I weighed 9st 7, prob about 18 x
 
I don't think would suit me being 5ft8 think I'd lose my curves and be too skinny then,would love to say I'm 9stone 7 tho as sounds great!!!

Yeh that would b too low for ur hight, I'm only 5ft 5.5 haha so would b fine for me x x
 
Day 1 here goes


Breakfast - weetabix - 3pp
- half pt milk for weetabix n tea's - 4

Lunch - 3 sesame riveta- 3
- 2x med eggs - 4
- flora light - 1

Dinner - ww sausage n mash - 9

Snacks - ww toffee popcorn bar - 2

1ltr water - so far

Hey lovely, one thing I learnt when I was doing well on ww was that if I was hungry, I'd use my weeklies, that way I knew I'd stick to plan. Try having a glass of water, see if it goes away. If it doesn't, have a healthy snack xxx

Yeh I've had some water n some fruit, I think it's helped a bit. just don't want to use my weeklies today, I want the first day at 26pp haha xx
