Trying just to do a healthy approach to losing weight, will see how I go. When I count points or calories I seem to b obsessed n then when I go over I binge eat! Cutting out loads crap like white bread, rice and pasta n sticking to whole grain. Also upping my water as I haven't been drinking the 2lts a day like I should. So far today ...,
Breakfast- 100% porridge oats with skimmed milk and Golden syrup m
Lunch - ham salad sandwich on wholemeal
Dinner- home made chicken jalfresi n whole grain rice.
Snacks so far- orange, nectarine and I also have Special K bar for later
