im back !

Sounds like a good day and a good way to show your son that eating healthily and losing weight doesn't mean starving :)
 
Right its chucking it down here so i will stay in this morning and do my exercises when i have eaten my brekfast ( its cooking now ).

Today we are going to test drive a car, im really excited but i have just had a quote for insurance and its about £65 a month :eek::eek::eek:eeeeeeeeek. I only pay £25 now, admittedly on a rubbish escort and only 3rd party fire and theft and my new one will be fully comp but i was hoping to insure it around the £50 mark :giggle:. I have worked it out and financially we can afford it, i really need to be better behaved with money im a frivoulous spender and its always on food i think so hopefully having something else to spend on will do me good, at least will have something to show for the money hehehe. Have to run it past OH when he gets up ( he was on 12 hour nights last night ) and then will take it from there. We really need another car though mine is falling apart and the car is also coming on finance which is why im so nervous lol
 
Just wrote an essay and its gone :sigh::sigh::sigh:

Anyway i have basically said that i just barely managed to stick to my points today, we have bought the car and i am stressed slightly about getting round to filling in the finance forms and also we have to pay the road tax and the extra insurance and it looked like we had less money than i thought we did so i was quite anxious and ready to eat my bodyweight in food, i would have ordered chinese but my lad came home and asked to cook his own dinner so i will just have scrambled egg on toast in a bit with a pudding;)
I feel good that i managed to get past today without going over but i have found it really hard. THIS is the time i usually fail :confused:

Thanks, this time i think it really will be slowly slowly catchy mokey so to speak. Last time i did WW i was soooooooooooooooo good, i NEVER went over my points, i worked out every day and i NEVER had takeaway, not even ones within my points cos i knew it was a slippery slope once i started. I also quit smoking the first time around.

My food cravings are satisfied for now and i still have 2 points to go if i need them but im having this coffee then doing a bit of toning then hopefully it will be bedtime :D:D
 
I lost my post AGAIN :confused::confused:

Anyway i am off to bed in a minute i have tummy ache. I have been arranging a trip to Cornwall with OH to meet his parents at the end of August so im really knuckling down now and getting this sorted as its 7 weeks i could maybe lose another stone by then and if i include exercise i could even be at my 10% wooohoooo:D:D:D
I feel i have a goal now so likely to stay on track, used my stepper i had under the bed tonight for 10 minutes and felt it ache so im definatly upping the exercise aswell

Anyway here is my new car, well she isnt mine yet but they have her on hold for us to go fill in the forms and collect her hopefully this week or next but i already love her

Woke up this morning and it raining here AGAIN :(. Have to go visit an old lady today who i pop into once a week, she had cancer and i helped her with her cleaning and any jobs she wanted doing for a bit of pocket money and she is getting better but i think she still likes the compnay aswell so i still pop in. Anyway im having a weird morning, i had for a while before college little episodes, where i would feel like i wasnt me for a minute, go a bit lightheaded and have a weird tummy sensation and my friend said it sounded like a mild panic/anxiety attack and i have had them again for the last few days. Doesnt help now that im buying a new car, the men are digging the road up outside my house, Maugan is in bed from the night shift trying to sleep and its all bloody go today :eek::eek::eek:
Have had a decent brekfast and am going to pop down Ingrids now probably be back from there about 11.30-12 so will check what you have all been up to :wavey:

Thanks i have got back in and scoffed 3 crisp sandwhiches which is good because it makes me feel norty but its only about 7.5 points so thats good enough for me hehehehe

Luckily Maugan is still asleep so im pleased he got a good kip today and i had a letter saying my cable was being installed today :eek::eek: I emailed them through their website a week or so ago asking someone to call me and discuss a couple of things about upgrading and they took it upon themselves to just go ahead and book it :eek: Cheeky swines. Anyhoooo all cancelled now, i said im in the middle of decorating so i dont want it done yet anyway lol

That'll do me nicely, if i can keep it up each week i will be a stone lighter before we go to Cornwall and at my 10% ;)

Im not counting so well today but wont be using it as an excuse to pig out and i will be off to work in about half hour and then wont be home until about 9.30 tonight but we are decorating indoors and its starting to look lurrrvly ( well it isnt but i can imagine it finished lol )

Well done Vodaka. When do you go to Cornwall? We're going the second week in September, so probably going just as you're coming back...
 
We are going on the 29th august but only for 3 days as we have to get back for work.

Right last few days have been a blur, we are decorating and realllllllly skint this month now as we have bought a new MG ( which i can pick up in 2 days ) and we have totally redone the lounge and bought a new table and chairs and laptop so im trying to fit in and eat what everyone else is eating and eat whats on offer and i feel like i have stuffed my face but i check this morning and im only up by 1lb so if i pull it in and watch it for a few days by saturday i might be ok still. I think the reason i havent gained more is i am physically active all day decorating aswell so that helped me out.
So thats why i havent been around much and probably wont be for the next few days either. Tonight we are having burgers and wedges but i have a nice chicken burger out there to have.
