I'm excited my journey starts tomorrow!

I'm stupidly excited about restarting my journey tomorrow!
I have 5stone to loose and would like to get rid of as much as this as possible before xmas! I lost 4.5st in 3mths last time
I saw my cdc on Friday but we had a meal out today so thought i may aswell start tomorrow.Had a lovely meal and now relaxing with a few brandy's!

good luck, i had to restart again yesterday. i completed day one and i'm now on day two. it is doable as you know, so keep mentally preparing yourself and you will be successful!
