Day 4
And I feel BRILLIANT,
no fuzzy head, I ran round asda like a loon on speed this morning,and just been out with the boys for a quick bike ride on such a lovely evening(even though im cold)

Everythings right with the world again,I havent felt this good since Dec


And my sticks are showing im well in to ketosis
