I kinda started SS+ half way through last week, and have decided to continue with it, and I'm loving it. I'm hoping it wont affect my losses. The only problem I'm finding is I cant manage 3 packs on top of my little SS+ meal. Im only having 2. My CDC says I need to have 3 at least most days. If I really cant could I take a multi vitamin to make up what I'm losing from the 3rd pack?
