I kinda started SS+ half way through last week, and have decided to continue with it, and I'm loving it. I'm hoping it wont affect my losses. The only problem I'm finding is I cant manage 3 packs on top of my little SS+ meal. Im only having 2. My CDC says I need to have 3 at least most days. If I really cant could I take a multi vitamin to make up what I'm losing from the 3rd pack?

You really need to have ALL your packs as that is what gives your body the vitamins and nutrients. The packs are quite concentrated and contain everything your body needs, plus they provide your energy source.
I am sure you could manage an extra shake a day, perhaps you could space them out a bit so you have them all.
I do 810 which is not dissimilar to ss+ and have no trouble eating all mine! A typical day is something like this:
11am- Porridge
2/2.30pm- quorn with vegetables
4pm- Chocolate tetra
9pm-Shake
You will find if you eat too few calories your losses will eventually slow, so try to make sure you fit all your packs in as they are an important source of energy. If you don't eat all your allowance you may feel weak or tired.

I only have 2 packs a day, my cdc knows this, but I'm only ickle at 5ft 1 (and 3/4)!!! But then again I do 810 so I just add a little onto my meal at night to make up for it!

You should have those three packs though doing ss+
