I'm Ollie and 22 years old from Derby. I'm following Slimming world (Day 4) Quitting smoking (Day 3) and getting myself into regular exercise!

I'm finding it all very hard but I am winning slowly!

Well done ollie! Don't think I could quit smoking at the same time! I'm on slimming world too, been on it 2 weeks and its working wonderfully. I hope u find it ok!
