:) Hello :) Just thought id put myself out there! ahah, Im 21, and Over weight ive been battling with my weight since i was 17! Up untill then i was 8st. Im now 14.5 arrrghhh! Needles to say, i really need to do something about it now! Ive tried pretty much everything (like ALOT of people!!) I dont want to be needle thin, i like my curves ideally id like to get down to 10st (before 12th july! when i go on holiday! hahah i can dream yes?) So all you guys look like you have some really good advice! Anything would be much appriciated :) Lori x

Its fab to set a goal in the long term, but maybe a slightly lower one for your holiday? 2lb a week is a health amount to lose so maybe just over a stone before your holiday would be a good target to get you started?
