during the summer when i was at my lightest
, i walked into an old friend at the pub, he was with a mutual friend i was chatting away "when we were at school..." all of a sudden he looks at me "when WE were at school? OMG...its you isnt it???" boy did i laugh, he said he expected people to be fatter not thinner after they left school (18 years ago!)

WOW been reading your posts and I'm amazed at how well you have done 8stone plus is fantastic. I'm thinking of trying CD as WW'ers just isn't giving me the results i'd like and I'm getting frustrated and bored with it!
