so mad at myself just had to put it on here! 3rd time trying this diet and yet again the horrible greedy fat person in me has cheated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've done16 days no problem lost 15lb so why the hell have i just stuffed as much carbs into my face as possible. because the house is empty and like a naughty spoilt child i took advantage of it, (feeling a bit sick now!) it's pathetic. anyway feel better for that! back in line tomorrow and hope it's not caused too much damage.

Probably good to tell the world then you can't pretend it didn't happen!

Don't worry about it, start again tomorrow

As my WW (or SW?) leader once said (quite wittily)

    Don't let a lapse become a col-lapse!!!

I always remember that although I didn't take the advice back then!

And 15 days is brilliant! One pig out won't put the whole 15lbs back on (or even a third of it) so you're still doing well if you draw a line under it and start again with new resolve

Keep going! And don't beat yourself up because that will make you want to eat more :)

    Hi Sarah

    Be nice to yourself :)

The key to getting and staying slim is to do it with a positive mind and a smile on your face.

You know why you ate if you sit and think about it so the keys are to take the lessons from the past and then plan for the future.

    You aren't horrible!
    You aren't greedy!

You just need to understand why you do what you do!

    And then you'll be cool.

15 pounds is fantastic so celebrate that and go for it

    Mike

I promise you Sarah that if you can laugh about the whole diet process and realise it is just a tool to get you to be slim and that really being happy is the true goal here then you'll suddenly not struggle anymore.

    Good luck m8! :)

Awwww hun! The more you talk yourself down like this the more unhappy you will be and the more you will want to comfort eat. Like already said, think about why you ate and remember how you feel now. The next time you feel the urge think of this. Or even write down now how it is making you feel and then read it if you feel you will weakening. But this is about making a happier healthy you. So be proud of the 15lb loss and get back on the wagon.

Tomorrows another day chuck, so pick yourself up, dust yourself down and start all over again (you will be more determined than ever now).

FAB result so far, you know you can do it and that it certainly works for you.

Good luck and don't worry, the past IS past and there is nothing you can do to change it.

Hi Hun I totally sympathise with you after having words with OH I was left in the house by myself and stuffed anything I could find into my big fat mouth the following day I felt so ill I was so releived to get back on my shakes.

Put it behind you and try not to worry about it was there a trigger or was it purely just cos no one could see you

    Keep strong
