I don't mind the flapjacks. I have one if I'm at work as I can nibble it without having to make up a shake. Only one person at work knows I'm doing LT and I'm happy to keep it that way.

I thought you were only allowed one flapjack a day so how come that woman can just have them?

I didn't know about the one a day thing, my chemist is really slack. I don't think they know much at all.
