indian meal at weekend

Hi everyone,
thanks in advance :)
I have been on the exante now from almost 3 weeks and have lost a stone and a half - and very pleased :)
I just wondered what people's thoughts were, if I have an Indian meal at the weekend and nothing else but my total solution the rest of the week, - should I still lose?
please give me your thoughts

I always have Indian for a WS day to treat myself on this diet, I've had three in the three weeks I've been on exante, they are my saving grace when going out with friends or the OH want a takeaway, I have the following...

Starter- Mixed tikka tandoori cooked meats
Main - chicken tikka capsilla with salad
Side - mushroom bahjee and Saag bahjee

Yummalicious and low carb, it's what I used to have when on atkins and hasn't made me put on at all since being on exante!
