We're off out with my brother & his gf on Friday nite to an Indian restaurant. what's best to have on extra easy? I don't want to blow it for Tuesday's weigh in.

I will be driving so no alcohol.

chicken jalfrezi and boiled rice is approx 8.5 syns,chicken danshak and boiled rice is 6.5 180g pilau rice is 2.5!

I had an indian tonight and used flexi syns. I had chicken jalfrezi (8.5 syns) boiled rice (free) and a chapati (7.5) it was lovely and very filling :)

Stay away from the Naan bread, it's synlicious!

Well after all I had chicken chatt (got no idea of syn value), lamb rogan Josh (6.5 syns), garlic pilau (2.5 syns?) and qtr of a keema naan (god knows, but high) oh and my brother drove us there so me & Laura tried the Rose!! 2 large glasses!!

I have went over but I will not lose track!! I am at the in laws tonite for a roast dinner!!

I have my exercise and meals planned for Sunday thru to Friday to keep me on track!!

Now off Christmas & food shopping :) xxx
