I am off to visit FIL tonight and we are having takeaway indian ????
Not great on the old diet front but pretty fab normally - was thinking of going for a chicken shashlick (the one cooked in the oven like tandoori/tikka on a kebab and it comes with onions, peppers too) was going to just have third of a tub of pilau rice too ?
Do you reckon this was be good idea and wont demolish my week too much ??
Is there anywhere you can go for calorie info for indian takeaways?
What would anyone else go for if they were being good ??
Any help gratefully received - I could take along a cup a soup and a cracker and be really good - but heh ho I know that wont happen !!!
