Hi im Emma and im a failed cd'er!!

I've been playing around with cd for around 2 years, unsuccesfully so i have now accepted that sadly cd is not the diet for me!!

I am taking the bull by the horns and joining ww tonight, i am however scared stiff as i have put on about 2 stone since my last attempt at cd!

I am miserable and sad and i need to change desperately, I am more of a lurker on these sites but this site does seem a lot smaller than the cd one so i hope i can join in a bit when i get into the swing of things! Thanks for 'listening'

However, i am on WW now and LOVING it!

Lost two and half stone on it previously but it came back with a few friends!!!

I switched from CD to WW last weekend so I know exactly how you are feeling. Just make sure you get to your meeting tonight, if you are anything like me you'll feel so much better having taken the next step and be pleased to be on your weightloss way with WW.

I made it to the meeting and i was so scared of the scales, i knew it was going to be bad and it was!

20st 3!!

Emma we seem to have lots in common, name aside i have just weighed in at 20st 3, OMG it seems like such a massive amount to shift - im 5-4 so ideally i should be something stupid like 10st

oh well day 1 tomorrow!!

Hello all,

Day 1 and im doing well, i'm counting points im allowed 31 so i should really make the most of it while they are high!!
Im actually finding it hard to eat as i dont want to use my points, i also dont have much food in at the mo so i need to get sorted, just tried the ww cookie bites and they are yum! so far ive had 11 1/2 points but i have no idea what im having for dinner, just something from the freezer so i'll have to do some pointing before i decide!
