Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

Jenna Do I recall your a shorty like me? God sorry if I've got it wrong! I think your much taller than me but I'm 4"11 and your about 5"3? Just wondering what target weight you wanna be? Xx

Darn, it must be hell to lose weight. Your daily calorific intake would need to be tiny. Just slowing down as you drive pass a chip shop would be enough to gain!!

I've read your comment over and over in case I'm missing something but I think I get your point, as blunt as it is mind!
I follow slimming world and have never once been told to have less calories due to my lack of height.

Hey yes I'm 5'3 :) good memory! At the minute my target is 8st 7 but I'm not a dress size 8 yet soo think after Christmas ill have to consider lowering it again grrr!

Scales showing me 1.25 down from weigh in ahhh pray they keep going!
 
I'm not going to weigh myself all week, it's going to take a lot of will power!

I follow slimming world and have never once been told to have less calories due to my lack of height.

The amount of energy we need is determined by our height, weight and sex. You have to be really disciplined to lose weight at your dimensions. It wouldn't take much to put weight on. An admirable achievement.

I'm at 8.7 now and set target at 8.2 but it still puts me at a higher healthy bmi so i'm trying just to go by clothes, trouble is i've gone quite small up top and its not coming off the bottom anymore!

The plan is a 'best fit'. It works for most people most of the time. It would only be something that you would go deeper into if your weight loss stalled. Since you are more or less your perfect weight, it has worked for you.

I wish my weight would come off the top... my boob actually popped out at the gym before oh the shame :(
 
Guilty of serial weighing. Everyday. Get up. Put the scales on the same tile in the bathroom. Have a wee. Go to scales and strip. Weigh myself. Come off scales and weigh again. Lol. I think it helps me stay 100% though. If it shows I've put on I'm extra good that day. :) x

I seem to be losing all my weight from my top half as well, I wanted it to go off my hips instead!

I'd happily dish them out I hate mine... look big in everything :( I'm researching to see if I can have some fat removed from them and put in my bum hehe
Lol I want to do that the other way around!!
 
I want to keep my boobs. Though if they can go down one cup size I wouldn't complain.
