I used to but when I started SW I decided I would only be torturing myself so I out them away. Now I just have my weekly WI and that's all I need to know, I think I would get very de-motivated if I weighed myself at home as well. I will confess to one bad habit though- my WI is on a Tuesday evening and I have a habit of eating very little on a Tuesday in the hope it will make me lose a little bit more (ESP if I've been naughty at the weekend!), I have to stop doing it but as I've lost pretty much every week it's hard to stop!
