i think that happens to everyone, i have 1lb to loose before my stone mark and have needed to loose that for 3 weeks

Same here! I think it's just sods law that when you really want to just lose the last little bit to get to a certain goal/new stone it seems to be so stubborn to get off.

Or does anyone else experience sticking points around stone marks? As soon as I get within a pound or two of the stone mark everything seems to slow down and it takes ages to get below the stone and then carry on. :confused::sigh:
Tis true. Odd isn't it. There is often 'sticking points' along the way as the body has these little setpoints, where it holds onto a weight that you probably maintained for a while in the past.

It's odd that they often hover around the stone marks though isn't it.
